Who Is Your Hero? Bowl for Kids' Sake is about having fun and raising money to become a Hero to youth in the Sioux Empire.
Help Big Brothers Big Sisters celebrate our "Everyday Heroes" , while also raising money to support community-based mentoring in the Sioux Empire. Bowl for Kids' Sake is Big Brothers Big Sisters most important fund-raising campaign. All money raised stays locally and goes directly toward matching children with the Big Brothers and Big Sisters who can help them reach their full potential.
Bowl for Kid's Sake is an easy and fun way to make a difference. It's a party with a team of friends, neighbors, or colleagues. It's not your skill or your score that counts - it's your effort! For the bowlers and sponsors alike, the greatest satisfaction comes from knowing you've helped kids in our community.
Little Brother Briley and Big Brother Eric have been matched for 1 year. Eric became involved as a mentor in order to help a child in his community. Briley is 9 years old and loves spending time with Eric. Eric has given Briley the confidence to ride his bike which had been difficult for him. They have now riden up to 6 miles together. The match gets together a couple times each month and enjoy playing basketball and racketball at the Wellness Center as well as going to movies and Thunder Road. A highlight for Briley is getting to go to the fire station and learn what it is like to be a fireman. When life does get busy, they always find time to talk on the phone.
Elect one of your team members to be a Team Captain. The team Captain must be the first person to register for the team.

The Team Captain can register all five bowlers. There are no registration fees
We encourage you and your team to send emails to all your friends and family, letting them know about what you are doing and ask them for their financial support.
Please bring the money you collect to the bowling ally if you have personally collected it.
Each bowler is asked to raise a minimum of $65 per person or $325 per team.

Each bowler will receive a 2010 BFKS t-shirt.
Pizza and Soda are provided to all bowlers.
Each bowler will have a chance to win door prizes
